📦 Return & Refund Policy

Because every NerdyJunk item is printed just for you, we only accept returns or replacements if your item is:

- Defective

- Misprinted

- Damaged in transit

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and provide photos of the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.


❌ What we can’t accept returns for:

- Choosing the wrong size

- Changing your mind

- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses

- Shipping delays due to postal services or customs


🚚 Return shipping costs

If a return is approved, you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
As a UK-based business using U.S. fulfillment, return shipping may involve international costs, even for U.S. customers.
